Basic unit; Does the job; Does NOT have IR audio; poor customer service : XO Vision GX2148 9-Inch Wide Screen Overhead Monitor with Built-in DVD Player, USB and SD Card Inputs, and FM Transmitter
I purchased this unit and it took me about 5 hours to properly install, as I had to remove 1/4 of the headliner to properly mount the unit. It plays well, however, it does NOT have IR audio as the manual states. I have contacted customer service many times, and they advise to purchase their model IR320 which includes an IR audio transmitter. So do NOT buy IR620 headphones for this unit, they do not work.
As others have mentioned, the included audio from the unit is very weak and poor. As well, the output to an FM station is kind of weak also. So besides the audio and VERY POOR customer service from XO, it is a decent unit.
